This Star War's hype is driving me insane. Well, not literally, but still it is annoying up to some extent.
I see it everywhere, on youtube, on twitter, on newspapers, those hash tags. Maybe I'm feeling bad because I'm feeling excluded, AS I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT STAR WARS!
Hmm OK, that's partially incorrect, I do know three things about it:
1. There is a person called Chewbacca in it.
2. 'I'm your father' is some cool dialogue.
3. 'May the force be with you', another cool dialogue.
I came to know about the first thing while I was watching Benedict Cumberbatch's(I love Sherlock Holmes) interview, in which he did Chewbacca's impression. I had to google, as I didn't know who it was. And the next two things; I see people using it as fun references.
To tell you more, I don't even know about Hunger Games and Game of thrones! That whistle-music thingy that people do, I don't know to which series/films it belongs to! I personally, don't even feel like updating myself. Maybe, after watching these three series/films/episodes, I'll be able to fit in people's discussions, but I DON'T WANT TO FIT IN!
I dislike trends. They are so short-lived. It's funny to see people go crazy after what's trending. Within two months, people will start talking about another trend and Star Wars will lose it's relevancy. When some thing goes trendy, all people start doing it.
Remember, Kylie Jenner-lip challenge, Ice-Bucket challenge, Harlem shake and these Hoverboards! Ever since Justin Beiber got them, all viners bought it, seeing all the viners, all the youtubers bought them! And, All of them made sure to show it off, in their vines and videos. Dang it! I'm sounding jealous now. LOL.

But seriously, I believe by following trends, people lose their individuality. We talk about being different and that we should stand out and not follow the crowd, but by following trends, all are trying to fit in. Don't do things, just because everyone is doing it!
Modify, change and create your own style and trend. It's so Ok to be an exception, in the right sense Ofcourse!
All the best and May the force be with you:p
